You can bring your appliance to our shop to be serviced. Our shop fee IS $125 + tax and covers your first half hour of labor and diagnosis. It is $50 for every 15 minutes after the first half hour. Front load washers are $185 + tax, ice machines and all commercial units are $300 + tax. We will not complete repair without first giving you an estimate and receiving a verbal "okay" to repair the unit.
The service fee for ONE technician working on commercial brand/style appliances is $300 per hour. If TWO technicians are required, it will be $600 per hour (plus tax). The prices for commercial units also extends to ALL stand alone ice machines. If we are unable to repair on our first trip, we will not complete repair without first giving you an estimate and receiving a verbal "okay" to repair the unit.
All installations are different and can present their own challenges. All installations begin at the above rate for your city and go up from there.
